If you aren’t familiar with compensation plans, let us break down some of the key points that sets this one apart.
Entry levels that are easier to promote to and maintain. This is incredible because it creates such an amazing momentum and excitement when everyone is winning and they’re doing so effortlessly and easily.
Only $100 USD in your PERSONAL purchases will be counted toward your volume to hit and maintain leadership ranks. Most direct sales companies consultants are actually their consumer (consultant purchases product and THEN sells to customers.) This isn’t healthy and often times, results in the consultants being in debt. Pomifera wants to keep customers as our consumers. The $100 USD cap prevents inventory loading and it also prevents partners from being able to “buy” their own rank to promote or maintain.
